Through innovation and constant refining of services, Harter has helped grow the company to Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, a full-service electronics and materials lifecycle management corporation specializing in IT asset disposition, electronics recycling, legislative compliance, mobility management, product refurbishment, remarketing and resale, materials recovery, data security, and logistics. In 2018, Miles Harter received the “Wisconsin Small Business Person of the Year” award from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
