Jeffrey Stark is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senneca Holdings. He served as the CEO of Senneca Holdings and its’ portfolio companies (Eliason Door, Chase Door, etc.) for ten years before being elevated to the Chairman role. In his current role, he works with the executive Team to identify, acquire and integrate operating companies within Senneca.
Jeffrey has spent over 15 years as a CEO leading private equity backed portfolio companies through successful growth strategies and exits in several vertical markets including Building Products, Environmental Services, Underground Sewer Rehabilitation, and Automotive Electronics.
Prior to accepting roles with private equity companies, Jeffrey spent 22 years in financial and operational roles with several Fortune 100 companies, including Kmart, CVS and Allied Department Stores.
Jeffrey Stark received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University.
He and his wife, Patty, reside in Clearwater Beach and summer in Michigan where their daughter, Caitlin is an Actuary with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
