About CCA:

We are CCA.
We are making a difference in the workplace.

From our founding in 1996 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit through today, CCA’s priority continues to be employee care.

We serve and respect people from all faith backgrounds, including those with no faith at all, meeting them right where they are. We live out our faith by seeing every individual, without exception, holding immense value, created in the image of God.

The Need for Support is Great

Life is hectic and full of unexpected turns. You can’t predict it, and you can’t always compartmentalize your anxieties and worries. Whether it’s hospital visits, illnesses, or a devastating family death, it’s difficult to keep all of these stresses separate from work.

Team members aren’t the only ones who suffer during a crisis. Time after time, employers repeat stories of inadequate workplace support programs and feelings of helplessness.

That’s why hundreds of businesses around the country partner with Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) to bring care and compassion to the workplace, where it is needed most, and where it can make a meaningful difference. Because of our boots-on-the-ground approach to holistic care, your team will find a trusted, objective friend and confidant in our chaplains.
