Position Title: Chief Executive Officer

Job Scope: We seek a known executive leader with a bias to action and deep lending industry experience for this new position at the company. He will have an in-depth knowledge of USA financial markets and how they are interdependent to global markets for Allrise Financial’s new Global Lending Platform. The final candidate will have deep experience with collateral based lending, strong financial acumen, and be a seasoned leader who has strong entrepreneurial skills and instincts. Some international language capability and experience is desired, but not required, as the company intends to continue to expand its Global Lending Platform.

Key Accountabilities:
- Provide the necessary leadership to grow the Allrise Global Lending Platform.
- Ensure that the Platform is fully compliant with all local and global rules and regulations.
- Facilitate business development activities through attracting qualified capital and finding qualified borrows with a collateral based lending strategy.
- Expand corporate operations internationally through ensuring deal flow and underwriting capability in all target global markets.
- Assist local marketing teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned with Allrise’s corporate marketing and lending strategy.
